Purchased a 2026 Nissan Kicks paid in full no financing left Arizona next morning with shaking of car especially uphill figured it was the lane assist. Drove to the East Coast returning to AZ car was shaking more and stopped at dealership and at 3792 miles on odometer I was told the front axle needed to be replaced. Stranded for 4 days before we can return to AZ. Brand new car, I should've known the shaking was not normal Car had 182 miles at Purchase

Had service and tire rotation complete on 12/24 and 12/26 I got a flat tire. Little did I know that my tires were to used for a patch. If I would have known that on 12/24 I would have replaced them. Deal advised my tires were at 7/23 when in reality per discount tire and the print off they were 3/32 and 4/32..

Went in for a recall notice. Service advisor forgot me. Prior visit was last customer or close just like this time. What should have taken 2 hrs or so took 5. Zero accountability. Disappointing since 3rd visit with a bad experience.

They changed my oil but never rotated my tires eventhough my husband did ask them when dropping the car for servicing. Did even bother the opposite of Volkswagen dealership. I have kids in college ready to graduate and buys car but I will do my best so they don't purchase from this dealership like I did . The way we were treated at this dealership while purchasing the car was great once !but they sold us the car everything was different that's not good customer service

It was December 3rd, not 2nd, and I went in to get the car ZacTeced only. No other service. There was a line out I to the street by the Service Department and no one got taken care of. Finally all the service people came out and cars started to move. I was warned this service might take some time, but it was really quick. Then I was given back my keys and receipt, and went out to get my car. I couldn't find it, and had to have to go to a service person to find it. Service was excellent. Cost of labor and parts borders on obscene . 850 dollars for Radiator. Tariff related ???

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and spark plug/gasket head replacement. Wait time was pushed back without being informed and hours later i was notified there was damage to the harness wiring due to a rodent. I approved the work to be done and upon receiving my vehicle the following day after the work was finished, the engine was still shaking slightly and by the following morning, the check engine light had come back on and was doing the same engine shaking as when i took it in. It was terrible. They never fully checked it. I went back three times because my check engine turned on maybe a week later after I purchased it. I took it to a different mechanic they figured everything out. These people are rude, unprofessional and liars. I would never take my car back so please do your research.
The salesman who sold me the car never got me the floor mats he promised. You would think that after making a large purchase that someone would call to see how you were enjoying the car and if you needed anything. No one made a follow up call.
