Service provider was condescending. .
4 hours for an Oil Change and alignment. Asked them to double check on the car for anything because Im taking a road trip, something I told them. Didnt discuss or talk about any notes on the car. I honestly dont even know if they performed the services I requested. they compd the oil service but to me Id rather have paid and been out of there 2hrs earlier. The lack of communication about the timing of the service and what was happening really makes me not trust them or want to come back.
In one week I was 2 times in service. They told me the noise from steering system is normal and second time the AC doesn't work. I hope they fix this problem! Very unhappy, very upset for this car.
took two Hr to identify a part won't be covered in the warranty even though I bought the car as is. Service representative told me that Since you after 6 months after the purchase date we can't fix it and you have to pay for it. I got a good deal from the dealership I thought I am going to buy the next car from them now I have to think about it .
Already wrote the review to them so they know but, wasted a lot of time here constantly tried to sell me things and misrepresented the truth, car left worst than it came in
Very disappointed having a 5 hour wait. Excuse given was slow internet connection in performing updates to radio software. There us no excuse for this inconvenience as wifi is provided to all customers sitting in lobby. Service rep was apologetic but I was never told about reason for long wait until I asked after waiting 2.5 hrs. Was told job would take 2 hrs. Not sure I will return for any future service.
For purchasing the car that day and having it detailed, the job was less than desirable. Spots on the trim, dirt behind the outside mirrors etc. Not a great detail job.
Waited for 3 hrs for oil change & key fob program. Peoria Nissan sucks...
Car making horrible braking noise and also bad struts they did not check anything.. I went back and said everything was ok that the oiled it up and tighten the struts but its still there
