I spent $500 not to mention five separate trips bringing my car back and it still has the same problem that I brought it in there for. Marcus was great but everything else about the experience sucked. I put a new thermostat in myself but they convinced me that that was the problem because I didn't put in a factory Nissan thermostat, so I did the flush I did the new thermostat and it still has the same problem . I feel like I was ripped off and I would like a refund.
Rep forgot I was waiting for the car and service was very spotty

Car had 2 deep scratches on the lower bumper which were not there when I left it. Also, car was very dusty so not sure how the Zaktek could have been done.

Service could not fix issue. We have been waiting several weeks for the parts. Yesterday we were told we are second in a line of five people awaiting the same part. Certified pre-owned is a joke. Zero stars.
