Presentation and description were above expectations. However, The price was listed at 27,996 for the USED Pathfinder and I asked for a printed sheet of out the door price. It came back at 35,000 + change. Dealer added a list of B.S. exterior and interior prep options + other nefarious B.S. If you want to waste an hour of your time, I suggest this is the place to go.

The service is execrable. I bought a car, paid 17K and later I found that the title was branded, and is not warranty on engine, despite the miles. The seller , private party was a crock but Car Fax did not mention anything in that report. We rely on it but they do not do much for us. I sent an email with proven letter from Dealer but Carfax did not respond. There is no phone number o speak to anybody, so,,,

It was terrible! After having an appointment I was never told my car was done and ready to go. After over 3 hrs. I became concerned even more and had to request again to be helped and learned it had been done but info. was placed on ones desk that was gone for the day. I have contacted company several times but still no reply! Pretty Sad!

Over priced and lack of customer service

The people are gray at Nissan, however the problem is still there. It is still taking 30-40 min for the A/C to cool down. They have yet to get back to us about the missing back up camera.

These people are difficult to work with. They did not properly perform the work and lost some associated parts. Instead of working with my local dealer in Yuma (150 mi away) to resolve the issue they caused by improperly installing my windshield they agreed to fix as part of my initial purchase 1 week earlier; they insisted I put the unnecessary miles on my vehIcle and drive the 3 hours to their dealership again
