The finance salesman was relentless even after we told him to back off my daughter was having anxiety issues. The manager came out and told him to go inside. We came back the next day and bought it. Overall it was good and bad... would not recommend this place to anyone.
Paid for detailing and the car had streaks all over it and the windows were dirty

They tried to rip me off. They found several items for a total of $7500 that magically appeared since the last service 3 months ago and then offered to have a salesman that was conveniently close by if I wanted to trade it in. I told them I was moving and they tried to pull one on me

I had and I had an appointment at 11:30 and at 12:30 my car was still sitting waiting to go back for a quick oil change. An oil change should not have to take two hours of your day especially when you have an appointment. If I hadn't said anything my car would have still been sitting there after an hour.

Their website let me make an appointment with an advisor who was off that day so I had to get in line with another service advisors technician and wait longer. Plus a Simple oil change turned into 2 return trips because my truck was still leaking.

I had to make 3 trips to get all my work completed.
They did 167 point inspection but missed broken tail light. They also left seats dirty in back after detailing. Now I need toake another appointment
