Truck had same problems (and more) after leaving the service appointment than when it arrived. Not sure if anything was fixed.

Waited over 20 mins in service lane for my advisor, he never came over to me . Daniel checked me in told him I was there for my 60,000 service he said since we just bought the car we may not need it, but they will go over car and let me know! 2 and 1/2 hours later I had to go find someone and was told they would get my advisor! He came out and told me car was being washed and would be right out. When I asked about 60,000 mile service he told me it didnt get it! Spoke with manager very frustrated with them! Not really a good experience, did not get any of promises that was said. People did not return calls. Was given a USB and no explanation on what to do with it. Just really bad experience

Used or new Im buying a car from you guys.. and you give me a fuel voucher for $12 that will get me to the store but, not back! All good, my trade in was 100% full. Not recommending

Very poor service. 2 hours and 45 minutes for and oil change. My appointment for an oil change was 10:30 AM. Finally car was ready at 1:15 PM. REALLY! 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change.

I brought my car in to bleed the bubbles out of the radiator I just replaced the thermostat, they said I needed a new thermostat it just replaced it but they insisted I needed a Nissan thermostat so I paid $200 for the flush $300 for the thermostat I was told that was the problem a new Nissan thermostat would fix it, it didn't fix it I brought the car back five separate times they still were unable to fix it I still paid $500 and the car still has the same problem it did the day I brought it in. 7AM appt to get in and out. 2.5 hrs later vehicle still waiting. Services waiting on filter, hear over radio, another 20 min to arrive. That would be 3 to 3.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation, arriving at 7AM
