Took the car for air A/C blowing warm air. We were told the we need the AC high line to expansion valve replaced because of a leak. We paid the price asked for repair, which was very high, just to find out a week later that the AC is blowing warm air again. Took the car back to the dealer and we were told this time that the we have a leak in the discharge side and we have to pay, another steep charge, for O-rings replacement along with another evac and recharge. BOILER ROOM!! They called, I told them I was at work and needed to communicate by email. They called at least 10 more times. Mind you the never once answered the one question I asked in my email. They either know nothing about the vehicle or do not understand how to do business. All they want is to get you in front of them so they can push a sale. What they failed to realize is if they would have answered my question without non stop badgering me to come in I would have purchased that day. It is their high pressure approach ... read more
