‼‼‼‼‼DONT COME HERE. Had a rear differential service done to my 370z that costed $3500. When they gave my car back I noticed the dual exhaust wasn't aligned properly. (One exhaust tip sits under the diffuser and the other exhaust tip sticks out past the diffuser).Went back to them to fix this issue waited 3 1/2 hours just for them to say they can't fix it and told me to go somewhere else?? SUNDAY JUNE 19th went into Peoria Nissan to purchase a 2022 Nissan Altima sr , talked with buddy my salesperson - very nice guy and good knowledge for a young guy! started the buying process and then was dealing with Kirk - the floor manager on duty - shady !! was told my new car was in PDI at Infiniti - then was texted on monday that the car was in transport ?? I have been thinking of getting a new car or refinancing my car. My daughter and I went to Peoria Nissan and looked at several cars. The dealership wanted to get an appraisal on my car and took my keys right away to look at it During the time that I was there I'd asked for my keys again and they said they wanted to take another look at it.. Buyer Beware!!! I JUST bought a used car from here. I took it in to service to find out why the "low key battery" (key fob) keeps coming on. I changed the batteries in both fobs despite both having fully charged batteries in them already. The light still came on almost every time I turned off my car. I took it to the service department who then sent me on to sales manager. After nearly an hour, all they had to say was that that it might need an update or even new key fobs. So I drove across town to see. 2022 pathfinder that was advertised available on site. When I get there they show me the car but I can't drive it because it's a customers car in for service. Of course as I'm walking out they offer me to drive it in their back lot and then they can order one for me if I liked it. This car was on display with all kinds Of people clean climbing in and out of it.

Two BIG LIES: Peoria Nissan sold me a 2017 Corvette (early evening on 2/2/22). Test drove it. Was getting dark but they assured me it was immaculate. The next day I went to the passenger side and there were scrapes in the front bumper and a dime side scrape on right mirror. I filed a claim and Geico looked into it and found out the damage was on it when I bought it. I went to PN very mad that they never told me or didn't fix when they placed it in the showroom. This dealership is horrible! I have had nothing but issues here. I bought a car and brought it home and a week later they decided to change the price so I took it back. I got another call a year later offering me 12,000 for my car so it is paid off and I told them I will give them one last chance. Now I get there and they want to give me 6,000 for my car. I bought a car from the morons and was the worse experience I ever had. They jacked up the price on car with 93,000 miles then soled me the car without going to the shop. I had a bad battery with corrosion bad break a leak and the car tittle was held by loan from previous owner took over 2 months to be registration with MVD. The shop manager is totally an ass and rude. I complained to corporate but they were as much assholes as this dealership basically they didn't care. All they care is to sale bad cars. I give the service department 1 star. Upon arriving on time for my appointment, over 5 agents stared blankly at me for several minutes until I deserved to be greeted at the door. I scheduled an oil appointment online several days ago and have been getting bombarded with calls and emails for me not to forget my appointment. Here I am 2 hours into my appointment and my vehicle hasn't even began to get serviced.
