Collin was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to make this work out in our favor. He was available 24/7 and the service was top notch. I will definitely call Collin the next time I need a mortgage and would highly recommend him and Perennial.

Not only was Corey very easy to work with and knowledgeable. He was extremely available. Any time I had a question, he was on top of it. Really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process.

I couldnt have asked for a better person to help me and my family in buying our first home!! The first 2 houses we were in the process of buying didn't work out cause of issues on the sellers side. But Ryan was by our side through both of them. When we finally found the home we purchased every thing on Ryan's end was finished way before. And he made sure that we closed on the closing date. Corey was very knowledgable and helpful throughout my fiance and I's entire pre approval and settlement process. As first time home buyers, everything was new to us but Corey guided us through it all. He was great with communication, replying quickly to emails and even being available to us via text in times of need! I definitely recommend Corey!

Sam was great to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way, looked out for us when things were changing with our loan and we really felt he was trying to get us the best rate. He was friendly and followed up with us often.
