I worked with Ryan to refinance the metgage on my house into my own name after a divorce. It seemed like such a scary process so i had put it off as long as possible. Ryan Shaughnessy who works for Perennial Funding was an outstanding mortgage consultant. My loan situation was difficult he was very confident that he could complete my loan. Ryan had a few challenges along the way but he did not give up and always assured me that the loan was in good shape. I can't thank perennial funding and Ryan for getting things accomplished.

I am a first time home buyer and had a wonderful experience working with Corey and his team! He really took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand the process. The entire team were all very easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond. Perennial Funding also just started their Nurses Program, which is a really great way to give back to nurses for all the good they do. I would definitely recommend Corey and Perennial Funding and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

If you want a knowledgeable, professional and a person who has your back all the way through the process, Brandon is your guy. He walked me through every process and allayed any fears that I had during the purchase of my first home. He is in constant communication from start to finish. I cannot day enough good things about Brandon. He brings a can do attitude to work with him each day and is an extremely competent lender.

I contacted Mike in mid August after another company completely dropped the ball with my refinance and didn't close on time for me. The other company had five weeks to get their processing and underwriting done and blew it. I called Perennial Funding and was referred to Mike. At this point the other company still had 2-3 days left to see if they could close my loan, but I wanted a backup plan just in case.
