Perennial and Collin were great to work with! We had some difficulties qualifying for what we wanted to do but Collin was able to work a great deal out for us in the end. This is the second time we have used Perennial and both experiences were the best we ever had with respect to financing a home. Great job guys!

Mike helped me through purchasing my first house. Any questions I had Mike answered for me and if he didn't know the answer he found it for me in an expedient manner. We also had some special/unusual circumstances with the purchase that caused this to be more difficult than a normal purchase of a house. We are first time home buyers and were grateful to have Ryan to walk us through the process. The complete loan process went smooth from getting pre-qualified all the way to closing. Ryan was always available for us explaining our options and getting things moving. We had a short notice for closing and Ryan and his team did very well to pull it through.
