Alison Robertson worked tirelessly to get our refinancing approved. She helped us navigate through several credit issues and get us a reduced interest rate and a nice cash out for updates to our home. We really appreciated her tireless efforts to help us. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude gave us great support. Several times I felt deflated and wanted to give up, but she said to persevere because she would get our loan approved. AND SHE DID!!! It was always a pleasure to hear her pleasant voice.

He is with you every step of the way. He is always ready to answer your questions or find them out for you. He is always answering your calls and if he Can’t answer you he does get back to you quickly.
from start to finish he was there 100% of the way no matter if it was late at night or early in the morning any question I had information I needed he was available to help me at anytime I would highly recommend him

This was the easiest and most cordial finance/refinance I ever had. Brandon is awesome and very easy to work with. I enjoyed all my conversations with him. The paperwork aspect was very simple and while not exactly paperless -- it was far less paper than I usually have to send in.
Patrick, Should be commended for his goto attitude and willingness to remain flexible during our whole process. If not for him our process would have been much more unpleasant.
