Brandon was a big help in securing my refinancing. There was never an obstacle too large for him to overcome, including arranging for a relative to sign and notarize the documents associated with the refinance who lives in Florida, even though I am in New Jersey! Also had the amount I needed to pay upfront in cash to as low as humanly possible.
