I’m a home owner that was looking to refinance and knew very little about the topic. Allison Robertson from Perennial Funding made a process that could’ve been complicated, into a smooth and easy transaction. She was always available which made life much easier for me being a new mom and working 12hr night shifts. I can’t thank her enough. Allison is the best of the best.

Really can’t say enough nice things about Ryan. He’s patient, good-natured, honest, super responsive, friendly, and forthright—pretty much all the qualities you could ever want in a mortgage broker. He explained the confusing bits, talked us through the nerve-wracking parts, and generally made the whole experience more simple and more trouble-free than we had any hope to expect. Corey and everyone else at Perennial Funding made the entire process of obtaining a mortgage very easy for me. From pre-approvals right up through the closing, they were checking in with me and making sure I had no issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finance a house.

Ryan made the process of applying for a mortgage loan extremely easy! This was my wife and I's first time buying a home and naturally we had a lot of questions about how the process works. Ryan was very professional, informative, and an overall pleasure to work with. We are first time homeowners so we had a lot of questions and Ryan explained everything to us with a lot of patience and knowledge.
