Jake was head and shoulders above the standard. Always polite and positive; always ready to educate and inform us. When our credit union of 35 plus years of affiliation wouldn't work with us to refinance our home, Jake stepped in and up to the plate to get things done, and done quickly! He batted a thousand for us. We sign tomorrow!

Ryan was extremely helpful in our mortgage shopping process. He was thorough in his collection of information from me and presented everything in an easy to understand way.
