Collin was fabtabulous!! He walked me through the process very confidently. Anytime I had a question he would answer it even if it was after hours or the weekends! This guy was great from the start. He’s always available whether it’s via call, text or email if you have any questions for him. There is nothing negative to say about my experience with Ryan through this process. It’s been probably a year that we spent to get me to this point of being a homeowner. He couldn’t of done anything more to make me feel comfortable and prepared to buy a home. It was such a smooth process and he always answered all of my million questions so I could understand!! He also was able to get me a mortgage that I was perfectly capable of affording !! Thank you Ryan for making this process so awesome !! THE BEST !!

I started my VA refi in Dec 2016. John picked-up my file in March of 2017 and never looked back! I had to deal with a lengthy wait (6+ months) from the IRS after I amended my tax return, but John and the Perennial family remained patient, they always answered my phone calls, and responded to all of my emails and concerns. I highly recommend Ayana to anyone. This was my first homebuying experience. I had heard horror stories about how stressful and long the homebuying process is. Ayana made the typical stress of home buying into a stress free process. She is one of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever worked with and she was always just a phone call away. From start to finish everything went very smooth. Chaucer was available to assist with questions anytime and instantly replied. No complaints. Chaucer was very knowledgeable and was able answer all questions. He made the process a 1000x easier than my previous refinance. Literally no aggravation at all! Closing was very fast.
