Brandon is professional in every aspect. He worked diligently and patiently with us to secure a refinance loan under challenging circumstances. We found him to be knowledgeable, hard working, and with excellent communication skills. Quite simply the best--if you need a new home mortgage or refinance, contact him asap--you will be glad you did.

The only two occasions when I did not get a return call quickly from John was, one, when he came down with a flu or something and the other was due to an unfortunate, untimely death in his family. In just a little over a month, due to his extremely helpful input, energy and professionalism, I was able to kill two birds with one stone (John is the stone): I refinanced my home and got a $60K Line of Credit to go with it. So much to say so little time. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have chosen Jacob of Perennial Funding to refinance my home. I was one of the last of the mohicans that was burned by a 2005 purchase that was followed by a market crash! With my nose above water and always having a fear of loosing my home, we hung in there. Ryan kept up with me for over 2 years from when I first inquired about getting a mortgage. He helped me set up a plan and set realistic goals. He always kept in contact every 2 months to check up on how I was doing and of my plans had changed. When it came time to get serious about shopping for a house he was extremely helpful and very professional. Always returned calls in a timely fashion. Got me the best deal and gave me several options. Would reccomend A++

Ryan worked with us for months to find the best program as first time home buyers without a ton of money saved up. We didn't think it was possible at first, but he took the time to educate us so we knew exactly what to look for. When we found our house that we call home now, our real estate agent recommended that we use the mortgage company that he usually works with. My experience with Brandon was great. He was very helpful, clear and precise with all information. He worked with me late in the evenings after his normal hours to accommodate my needs.
