Ryan was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I could shoot him a text or email any day including weekends and he would get back to me very quickly. Very useful when looking at houses in a competitive market like it is now. My realtor was also very impressed with how organized and easy things were to work with him.

As first-time homebuyers, we constantly berated Ryan with questions via phone, email, and even text message. He always very responsive and thorough when answering our questions. Very helpful! He clearly outlined the lending process and made sure we were 100% ready for settlement day, which we were. He even came to the settlement with a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate with when we got home. Would definitely recommend to those in need of a quality mortgage lender.

Perennial Funding was the absolute best, they helped us navigate through refinancing.
