Corey and his team were excellent in educating us on what loan would work best for us . Made the whole process extremely easy and enjoyable. We had issues with our home not appraising for more than the purchase price and thought we would loose the house but Corey took care of it and got us our home.

This was my first time buying a home. Ryan was referred to me by a family member and went above and beyond my expectations. Ryan Shaughnessy was awesome, extremely knowledgable and responsive. He made himself available to us and was fast and accurate with information. Ryan kept me up to date daily on the process and was always ahead on what documents were going to be needed which made the process quick and easy. We could not have refinanced without him. Mr. Shaughnessy was awesome. I have a sister-in-law who graduated from Florida International and Culinary Institutes of America in NY. Both were hospitality programs. Consequently, she is a HORRIBLE restaurant companion. She has a tendency to terrorize everyone from Hosts to servers to chef. I'm always mindful of that and try not be a difficult client for financial services professionals. Ryan made that very easy by being: attentive, responsive, and above all TRANSPARENT!

Brandon is a very personable, helpful, respectful, courteous and professional loan officer who patiently held my hand through the whole process of re-financing my home. They were fast and accurate. They kept me up to date almost daily on the process and possible needed documents. When they needed information I was able to fax, e sign, or scan everything they needed to them. This made the process quick and easy.
