Jake makes refinancing a breeze. He will work alongside you from the first time you say hi to each other until your loan is closed. He explains every step in easy to understand terms. The previous mortgage was such a hassle and even though my loan agent then went out of her way, it was nowhere near as smooth as this time around. I will definitely request Jake again.
