Michael was very professional, understanding, pleasant to talk and very prompt on return e-mails /phone calls but it seemed that the process was very dis-jointed,. When we decided to move forward with the re-fi, I was given a list of required documents to provide/sign but then there was another requirement, so I submitted it, then there was another signature needed. Re-fi processes don't change every day... provide me a checklist of ALL the requirements and I can comply

Corey and his team at Perennial Funding are true professionals. I was nervous about purchasing a home especially with the recent crisis in the housing market. chaucer was professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I was very please with his performance. I am self employee with debt ratio was high but with his knowledge he was able to pull through... also, he will return the phone call right away. I will give 5 star anytime. Great job!

Mike was always in touch no matter what the minor detail was he wanted to be sure we understood what was going on and how things were being handled. He constantly reached out vi email or phone and waas even available through his personal cell.

I looked into refinancing my home to do some home improvements and looked into a couple other companies. They only gave me the run around and were a complete nightmare.
