My wife and I had a great experience with Jake. I highly recommend him. We had dealt with and tried mortgages through larger banks like TD Bank. We had poor service and the run around with multiple people in different states, that led to deals falling thru or delayed services. Jake is on top of his game and will give you great personal attention and help you close fast.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He called or emailed with updates every step of the way. I have refinanced before, but this process was much easier. Ryan even suggested that my Homeowner's Insurance seemed a bit high. After doing research, I found another company, lowering the amount that I pay by over a thousand dollars a year. Thank you Ryan for a wonderful experience!!

My husband and I worked with Jake Tunitis and I feel very fortunate that we had him to guide us through our refi. Jake was marvellous at explaining the process, quick to respond to our phone calls, texts and emails. We felt he was truly working to get us the best deal for the lowest payment. Jake has a great personality and we'll miss talking with him now that we had our closing. Thank you Jake!

Charles did a great job explaining everything and walking me through the process. He wasn't pushy at all like many other REFI people can be. I highly recommend him and I would use him again.

Michael P. Ramer was very patient, professional, and prompt on returning phone calls. In a situation where I couldnt understand what I was reading he took the time to explain it until i fully understood what it meant. He listens attentively never interrupts and immediately sets out to solve the problem. He is prompt in resolving and returning the call even if it is on a Saturday.
