Perennial Funding secured a low rate VA refinance mortgage loan for me and covered all of the bases during the process. When the home appraisal did not come in as high as our conservative estimate, adjustments were made to the loan structure quickly in order to still get things completed before the rate lock expired. Email and phone communication was constant, keeping me informed at all times what the status and where in the process we were.

Melissa was great and never left me hanging- it's a tough process and she made it smooth- very accurate on all the numbers too- I'm a very nervous and anxious person and she calmed me down!! Melissa your the best!!!!

Sean kept on top of things and and kept them moving and kept us very well informed every step of the way. This was the easiest I have ever done any type of mortgage refi. Quick, Extremely efficient, no endless back and forth emails or phone calls - and he's a nice guy to work with too!

Jake was great to work with however, the loan process was unusually long from what I am used too. I found that the underwriting group requested items that had already been sent to them making it a little frustrating. The appraiser was not specific/ clear on what updates was required resulting in them coming out to the property more than once. This of course incurred additional fees. If I were you I would award him the LENDER OF THE UNIVERSE certificate for going above and beyond the call of duty...normally not attainable for mere mortal men. :) All kidding aside. The wife and I are very pleased. He was always on time with pertinent info and reached out to us when needed. He's very easy to work with too.
