Mr. Mike Staples did an incredible job working with my wife and I. He assisted me with everything that I needed during my refinance process. WE were actually working with each other for 6 months because there were problems with my credit that needed to be fixed. I first spoke with Jacob five months before he helped me refinance my mortgage. At the time the rates were not low enough to make a refinance worthwhile. Jacob was honest and straightforward, he told me that it was not beneficial. He could have tried to make the deal anyway but he did not. So, when rates did dip low enough I gave him a call. I first spoke with Jacob last fall about a refi on our home. The house took longer than expected to be completed and he patiently hung in and found us a good deal. I am a very busy person and it was great to have him handling everything and working closely with me with all the paper work. I was rarely available during business hours, but Jake would always make an accommodation for my odd hours. I would recommend him if the opportunity presents itself.

Daniel was very diligent and thorough. He answered all my questions directly from our initial conversation up and through the closing process.
