This Company said what they can do and did what they said. There a so many finance companies out there I found this one to be the BEST. They are 110% for their clients. Can't ask for more than that

Easiest process start to finish & we have done it numerous time. Melissa is a rock star, no ones made my wife that comfortable. The first thing they did was contact via email, which I consider a must as it starts a record of everything. Questions were answer quickly & in a knowledgeable manner, when asked they were even translated to layman's terms. I was given a list of documents to submit all at once not piecemeal, made everything easier to deal with..

Melissa helped me on a previous VA refi as other lenders just treated me as a number until I said I was going with Perennial. Then the "sugar coating" started, but I stuck with Melissa as she seemed honest. So when I checked on refi rates recently, I went directly to her. She was available at all hours to contact by email, phone or text. Just a thorough delightful person to talk to and very easy to understand.
