the times when i had questions but could not reach anyone was the worst. i like to know what is happening even when there is no news.....just a quick update now and then. also hated the extended closing time but that was not melissa's fault

Ryan was very helpful and attentive during the whole process of buying our home. He followed up and responded quickly and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, what was needed and why.

I put off refinancing for a long period because of all the horrible experiences I've heard through friends and family. I filled out a questionnaire online and received a call from Ryan, the second I got off the phone with him, my choice was made. Throughout the Refi process, Ryan was knowledgeable, answered all questions, and made the process pleasant. It was a pleasure to work with Melissa Ferko and the PRENNIAL funding team everything went extremely well I was able to get my consolidation and I already have a contract to build my building and to buy a small tractor to help me out on the farm I like the expecially think Melissa especially when she had a situation where she ended up in the hospital for a little while she never missed a beach if I was her boss I would give her a raise cheese and employee. My refinance process was handled by Melissa Ferko. I've done two refinances in the past and this has been my BEST experience yet. I would and have already recommended her to friends/family. She was GREAT!!!!
