As a first-time home buyer, I was not sure of all the ins and outs of the loan process. Jacob was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining the steps and otherwise confusing terminology involved. He went above and beyond in helping me get a loan, was always easy to contact, and also made sure everything was in my best interests.
