I have to say that Ryan Christiansen is among the two or three best loan officers with whom I ever worked. He is extremely honest and knowledgeable. He is available at most any hour or the day or night, weekends, and even when he was on vacation. He got back to me within minutes whenever I emailed him or left a voicemail for him. I would definitely recommend Perennial Funding to anyone. They made the process so easy. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Even when things seemed like they wouldn't happen they never gave up. So happy we closed on the loan I can never thank the team enough

John helped us with a VA rate reduction refi in August 2016. He was very easy to work with and shepherded everything through efficiently. Very convenient closing at our home with polite, and efficient staff. The whole process took about 3 weeks from the decision to move forward with John.Excellent work, highly recommended.

I have worked with Ryan in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Knowledgeable and flexible with the demands of my schedule. I was able to reach out to him at anytime to answers to the questions that I had and was honest enough to let me know that he would get back to me with a answer.

If you are looking to get a loan. This is your guy. He is their for any questions you may have and has the answers you need. Was with use the whole step of the way to close. Of I ever refinance or purchase a new home, I will only go to John!!

i was looking to refinance but stopped the project twice, i could not get a professional person to help me. will Mike Staples was very professional, he called me to keep me posted all the time, anytime anything changed, he kept me informed of all the numbers, so there was no surprises at settlement. i was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, i would and i will recommend him to any one looking to refinance. I never ever write any reviews, but I want to take a minute and tell you guys that this man is amazing and he did a great job. Jacob not only delivered he made it very easy for me and my case is very special , i needed alot to happen for me to get what I wanted and he made it reality!!!! I would recommend him to anyone I know or don't know for that matter. Thank you Jacob T. Your a life saver !!!!!
