Comparing and contrasting the 30 yr mortgage vs the 15 yr mortgage was instrumental in my decision making to refinance. A list of all the documents required of me to fax into the company would have been helpful so things could have been done all at once instead of pieceme.

I just closed on my 5th refinance for my second home originally purchased in 2003. I have worked with several mortgage brokers all of whom have been competent but none have exemplify personal professional like Jake. Jake was able to truly hear my goals and limits then respond expediently with options that met my needs. He was easy and comfortable to speak with and, throughout the process, made me feel like I was his his priority. Closing tonight was without surprises and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome.

John made the process run smoothly. He processed the info I sent quickly and got back to me immediately if there was further info needed. Everything was explained clearly if I had any questions. I am very happy with the entire program.

Ryan worked with me during a divorce and a rehab ,which made the process, to complete the loan, take well into a year or even more. He called me periodically , to touch base and kept abreast of the situation as it unfolded. He never pushed me and stayed patient through the entire process.

As a first time home buyer, Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to break down the home buying process and put into simple terms. I highly recommend Ryan Christiansen for any home buyer on the market, first time or not. He was super responsive and never dropped the ball. When it was time to close, Ryan was present and answered any last questions that we had. 10 out of 10 experience!

I worked with Ryan Christansen for months and he couldn't have been more helpful. I had never had to buy a house by myself before and Ryan walked me through the whole process. He listened to me; he never made me feel like I was a bother and I know that sometimes I must have been. He also let me know that I could email him on weekends.
