The movers didn't arrive until about 20 minutes after the scheduled window but it went well and nothing was broken. Moving from one apartment to another about a mile away.
We have never experienced a cross-country move like this, and we hope to NEVER AGAIN, and NEVER with this company, who in actuality, we did NOT hire. We hired a company called Prestige Worldwide Moving who stated they had their own trucks, and then bait and switched us after the sale was made to this subcontractor. We were contacted by Barry from Prestige after finding them on this website with an A rating, and he did a bang-up sales job -- saying all the right things and giving us a price of $1700 for a piggyback moving job... read more

The crew (Charlie Evans) arrived on time and started work immediately, I was ill so they went the extra mile every chance they could I am a repeat customer & have recommended before. Packed and loaded truck.

The move out went great. They ended up packing more of my stuff than anticipated because I couldn't get it all done myself. The move back in went great too. They figured out how to get our couch through our back window because it wouldn't fit through the front door. BUT we are missing boxes and the company actually called us a few months later and told us that they had our DVD player and remote and returned it to us. Horrible experience....supposedly one day to pack, took 4. delivery, they forgot about a fourth of our stuff, so we had to wait a week to get the rest. furniture broken. Initial estimate WAY off....they tried to make me pay for their mistake...the estimator was SOOOO off the mark, that it took 3 additional days to pack it all...when it should have been 1. The overage was attributed to the customer not being ready on move day. We needed to return to the job three times because items were not packed and ready to be moved. She was very pleasant to speak with, and I was very much looking forward to using Perry Moving & Storage to move my home. At first they were very responsive, and a representative came out asap to perform the estimate. However, there was never any follow through after our meeting. Walked through my house, took down information for an estimate, and then never followed up.

The worst move I ever made! In print and online this mover claims: ?remarkable service? ?help people in the stressful situation of moving? ?complete customer satisfaction? ?make your move?stress-free?
