I printed coupon offered. I filled in all the information required pertinent to the move. The company never contacted me. I had been contacted by another company, which I also viewed on Angies list, so I know information went through. Highly recommend not using this company!!! I witnessed the lovers drop my elliptical machine. They also caused some minor scratches to my vehicle and damaged some other goods. Given the size of my load, the problems were relatively few. It has been there handling of the damage claims has been that has been the problem. I solicited a moving request via Angie's List on 27 Sep. On 2 Oct I still hadn't been contacted. I called them on 2 Oct and informed the receptionist of my request and that I still hadn't been contacted. She provided no explanation why I hadn't been contacted and said she'd find someone to help. I waited on hold for 15 mins during which she never came back online to occasionally to say, sorry for the wait, etc., nothing. I gave up. Unsatisfactory. Moving Request

Completed estimate using online tool, it was not accurate and underestimated work (this somehow was implied to be our fault). They also sent even fewer packers than were indicated on estimate making job go slowly. The cast of packers and movers was always rotating and there were constant complaints about how there were so many people who didn’t show up. The packers were supposed to arrive at 9 on Monday morning and did not arrive until about 5:30 pm which put us behind. The packers and movers came at 9 on Tuesday and had us packed, loaded, moved and unloaded by 4:30pm. Perry is reviewing our bill and we think they will be making an adjustment for the inconvenience. I hired Perry Moving after getting one other bid because the sales guy followed up with me several times, and their hourly rate was the lowest. My contract was for a team of 5 guys and 2 trucks. On the loading day, only one truck arrived. We asked where the second truck was and after many calls it finally showed up 4 hours into a 4 1/2 hour move, so they had to load most of our 3,000SF house into one truck. Our estimate was 6 guys, 9 hours. $3,500. I hired Perry based on Angie's List reviews but also two friends who had used them, both of whom spoke highly of their work. I'm not sure what happened but things did not go well for us. My poor review is based on a few key things - many items were left at our old home that we had to spend time and money going back to retrieve; the move took much longer to complete than estimated; items were not put where they belong; and we were charged another $700 in the end. The first day of packing went very well. Three efficient, professional men who were friendly and hardworking. The first day of moving also went effortlessly with six gentlemen who worked hard and were happy to please. Unfortunately the second day of the move was with four men, two of whom seemed friendly but inexperienced with the other two not as happy to please.
