The packing day seemed fine for the most part, but I suppose we weren't watching as closely as we should have been. It seemed like they were packing everything quickly and professionally, with a few odd slip-ups. For example, they asked me to inspect a room to make sure everything was packed and all my clothes were still on the hangers...?! First the woman who answered the phone made an appointment for the owner to see exactly what I needed to be moved in order to give an accurate estimate. I was holding that time but then received a phone call saying that he couldn't make it so to please email a list of what had to be moved and someone would get back to me immediately. UPDATE: (01/15/2011) After submitting my initial report, I received a phone call from the owner - Rich Perry. Rich was very apologetic for the bad experience I had had. He listened to my side of the story and then offered to (partially) compensate me for the cost of replacing the missing legs. Although the money was nice, it was even nicer that Rich took the time to personally call me, and to listen to me.
