Aside from the simply outrageous interest rate, Personify literally saved my sanity when I lost my travel business during Covid. Their process is clean, simple, and promptly funded.
I have emailed them 3 times in 3 weeks, asking when my loan began and when it will end. Something very simple. I received a computer response stating it would take 2 business days to get a response. Never received a response. Have sent 2 more emails and havent received a response. I need to know this information. I was informed in the beginning I would be paying it off in 4 years. And its been 4 years. I cant even find the CEO information. What are they hiding? Will never reccomend them.
I receive multiple spam calls and voicemails a day from Personify financial telling me I can make payments online etc etc and I do not now nor have I EVER had an account with them or interacted with the company in any way. Total junk calls and it's super annoying, unnecessary, and over the top.
Interest rate is high but service has been great so far. This really helped in a tight situation.

Never agree to do business with Personify Financial. If you miss a payment they will compile interest on interest and harass and harass you. VERY RUDE customer support agents do not help if you have any problems with your account.
