I do wish my family could’ve received some of this excellent care from the other reviews. But to come in because our dog was hit by a truck and to wait 4 hours and no one saw her was very unacceptable. No random check in on her or anything. Definitely would not a recommendation from us.
Everyone was so kind and passionate for the care and passing of my precious Oliver. Thank you.
Everyone at pet emergency were so kind and attentive to my little girl Eliza when we went on Friday night. I am very happy with the care she received and how they treated us. Dr. Parker was awesome! My girl is doing much better and getting back to her old self. Thank you all for your help and for the great care you all gave my baby. 👍🏻👍🏻
I had a very bad experience with this clinic last night. Brought my dog in vomiting and diarrhea with blood in both and they wouldn’t even look at her. Nothing but excuses as to why they couldn’t. Then spent all night in Wilson at the animal hospital. Starting to loose confidence in veterinary clinics in general.

Very quick to respond to treatment for our fur baby! Professional and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend and hope that I never have to use them again! But if I had to, I’d definitely go back there. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sick dog on 11/27, shaking, not wanting to move or pee. Checked in, gave enough info to receive this email requesting feedback. Sat in car 4 1/2 hours, no one ever came to look at her. Left, going to see regular vet today. BIG waste of time.😢
When our almost 15 yr old dog (who had cancer) became ill in the middle of the night he didn’t have to suffer for hours waiting for a vet clinic to open. PEC was there with compassion and professionalism. We were helped immediately, we were not rushed and when we were ready they understood the importance of not making us wait. We felt that they truly cared. We are very grateful to the staff at PEC for doing what they do and being available at any time.
Staff was amazing! Very helpful and explained everything! Took great care of my cat and made sure he was not in pain and comfortable.
