Disgusting Service. If you love your pet, don't take them here. We brought our 2 year old springer spaniel in after he sliced open his carpal pad on a walk. We checked in and waited until a tech came out. I was fully expecting to go with her to one of the many open rooms to talk with someone about what we needed to do to fix him up. However, they took the leash from me and said they would be right back after talking with the doctor. A few minutes later a different lady then came out (without our dog) to tell us that he... read more

I took my very lethargic cat to this hospital. He was still a kitten and wasn't moving for 2 days straight so we finally took him to a vet. The vet took an X-ray and told us he was constipated. They did an enema and charged us $350 and told us if he wasn't better tomorrow to come in. Well he only got worse and at about 10am my kitten just died in front of me. It was traumatizing and horrible and I felt like if they took it more seriously my awesome kitten would still be alive. If you can, go to a real vet. 0 stars.

this is what Daisy looked like when she was healthy. as healthy as Daisy ever was that is. she was so happy when i bought her 3 brand new leather couches. lol today 5/25 was THE day. she started a rapid decline in (relative) health since early March. today she refused food, she was emaciated and it was time. i took her to Pet Emergency Services https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pet-Emergency-Treatment/125497164134847 i paid the bill, which included private cremation (so i get her ashes only, not mixed with other animals), a... read more

REAL disappointed! My dog spent 8 and a half hours at PET today to get stitches on a wound on her leg (not to mention $760), that was billed at 15 minutes treatment time (which is pretty accurate; I'm a physician, and know how long it takes). It's not the cost, it's the incredible wait! To make a dog who is in pain, injured and afraid wait that long is poor care. The explanation of "we had emergencies" is pretty silly: if you aren't staffed for emergencies, CHANGE YOUR NAME! There is no excuse for being that under-staf... read more

Stay away from this place, they just want as much money as they can get from you. I took my dog there for treatment and before he was even seen by a doctor or technician, I was given an estimate of $550.00 The receptionist was nasty and called my dog an ***hole. How rude and unprofessional can you get. I think the place is a money making scam that prays on the emotions of the pet owner. I left without seeing the doctor and went to another animal hospital where the bill came to $130.00 which also included medication.

I have wrestled with doing this review for 4 weeks. The reason is I knew it was not going to a raved review, and these folks work with animals under extreme conditions, which everybody should be thankful for, BUT! When you do this type of work, you must get the diagnosis right, and perform duties such as X-Rays and medications in a competent manner. I will explain...The matriarch of our house, or the Princess herself, is our Harlequin Great Dane Jersey. She is 9 years old, and will be 10 in February. She means the world to J... read more
