My dig had suffered an attack. I was hysterical. My life has been crazy like everyone else's during this pandemic. A lot of stress- hubby got job transfer, house renovation, getting ready to sell, living apart, zooming with 2nd graders daily, craziness to the Max. The vet was rude, cold and lacked empathy. When I expressed my concern for her obvious lack of bedside manner while treated my loved one, I was told, "Oh we are sorry, she's our best vet. It's been a stressful night. Normally she isn't like that." First, YOU ARE AN... read more

Absolutely garbage customer service. They hung up on me and didn't care if my animal was going to die based off of me saying "idk wtf to do." Clearly I wasn't cursing at the lady, I didn't know what to do and that was obvious but she took it personal and that's not her job. Don't take your animal there if you actually want help because they are not helpful. This is the second time I've taken my pet there, just bc they are closest to my house but it was a waste of time and had to go elsewhere both times. Probably why they are... read more

Business response:

Hi Taylor, we're sorry that you felt that we didn't care, but we offered you a number of different treatment options and were more than happy to help you and your pet. Unfortunately, as a company we have a zero tolerance policy regarding cursing and other aggressive language. Our staff is here to help, but as a manager, I will not allow for them to be treated poorly by any client for any reason. I will reach out to discuss this further, in the hopes of preventing any similar scenario in the future.

Total $#!+ show, staff kept saying only one more in front of you... only one more, mean while we watch multiple cars pull up and get their pets taken in ... zero communication from the staff. 4.5hr later they're able to see my pet. Stay away unless you absolutely have to.

Business response:

Hi Ben S. We're sorry that you feel we didn't communicate well with you. Unfortunately, we see all patients according to severity, so patients with more critical illnesses will always be seen first, just as in a human ER. When we get multiple emergencies, the less emergent cases often have to wait. We know that your time is valuable and that any time your furry friend isn't feeling well can be scary, but we assure you that we didn't intentionally mislead you, it is just the nature of emergency medicine. We can't find you in ... read more

Staff needs to be more communication between each shift night and day. They were not coordinated how they work and I have to make double trips to come get a medicine. Vet is great here.

Business response:

Hi Kritsana, we're very glad that you felt you got great medical care, but are so sorry that you were inconvenienced like that. We appreciate your feedback, as it can only make us better. Thank you again for entrusting us with your pet's care.

I have 2 cats. October last year one of them suddenly was really sick in danger of passing away. I took him here and he was there for 3 days. While he was there, they really made it sound like the nearly 3k I was paying was going to cure him. When I picked him up they said what they did for him was "hopefully enough to make him feel better". I took him home and later same day discovered he had a bad cold. Drooling, sneezing and lethargic. Next day both cats are sick. I never wanted to come back. Fast forward to last week an... read more

This place just $ucked. Long wait time and NO communication AT all. I would NOT recommend this place to any of my friends. That didn't seem to care at all. Only gave a star cuz I HAD TOO.

Business response:

Warren, we are truly sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us and appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. Wait times are so unpredictable in emergency settings and although we do our best to see patients in a timely manner, just like a human ER, we see cases in order of severity, so when there are multiple, critical emergencies, these do cause inevitable delays. So we appreciate your patience and although we do our best to see everyone as quickly as possible, we also want to ensure that each pet is g... read more

I took my dachshund here to get treated for IVDD. She was in excruciating pain to the point where she could not move on her own and needed pain killers immediately. We were made to wait an hour (outside due to Covid-19 precautions) and then another woman arrived whose dog had a deep open wound. She was furious (rightfully so) that her injured dog was not being seen immediately at an EMERGENCY clinic, and began throwing a fit. Someone came out shortly after and started looking at my dog, but when they realized I was not the ... read more

Took my dog in, found out he had diabetes. Took him in for emergency treatment. They charged thousands of dollars and when we received the bill it had "euthanasia" on the listing after being begged that we wanted him saved.

Business response:

Hi Rynamir, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your pet's visit. We aim to provide the highest quality of care to your furry friend and are saddened that you felt otherwise. Someone from our team will be contacting you shortly.

Can we have an option for zero stars? I have NEVER had a good experience with these people, after three separate visits. They are rude, indifferent, and arrogant. They couldn't care less about your nonhuman family member. They almost killed one of my birds many years ago, and had zero remorse about it. I took my blue and gold macaw in for emergency treatment on another occasion, and even though I called ahead, I was left sitting in the reception area for over an hour. It was the middle of the night and there was NO ONE els... read more
