I was visiting Alaska and needed emergency medicine for my dog. Called ahead of time to make sure we could be seen promptly due to a flight. First put on hold for 15 or so minutes, called back and answered on first ring. No surprise there. Then asked if we could be seen since we had a flight and our dog has a bad back, we didn't want to make him fly in pain. Was told sure no problem then after showing up and filling out papers we are told it would be at least an hour. When mentioning that this was the reason we called ahead ... read more

This was the most awful experience I have EVER had. The customer service was awful and no sympathy whats so ever. The vet was rude and nasty to us. I am disgusted with this place and NEVER will go again. All they want is to make as money as they can and don't give a damn about your pet. I have been told by multiple people who got the same experience. We also had wait 3-4 hours to be seen.

I am writing this review on behalf of a friend. She took her dog here because her dog wasn't eating or drinking water. They completed an X-ray and let her know that there was an object that was blocking her digestive system but they weren't sure what it was and recommended surgery or else the dog won't survive. While the dog was there to undergo analysis, they called her repeatedly to get the surgery done and let her know each time that it was HER fault that this had happened, and that she needed to pay for this up front. My... read more

This place is a joke! They are all about the money and not about the pet. I had to have my pet euthanized and they were inconsolable, rude, and cold. They want only money-money-money and could care less if your pet dies. DO NOT GO HERE!

AVOID THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL AT ALL COST! While the quality of care is acceptable, their business practices are appalling. While your beloved pet is in their care, be prepared for calls in the middle of the night attempting to extort excessive fees and/or demands that you pick up your pet in the middle of the night. This animal hospital has no internal communication and does not follow through with treatment plans agreed to by their veterinary doctors. Rather than investigating actual patient visit details when administrative ... read more

Do not take your bird to this place. They are not experienced with avian care and, in my case, even allow your bird to die away from you and not tell you anything is wrong until after the fact. My bird went to this vet because it was late at night and my regular vet was closed. She had suddenly started coughing and losing her voice after I had given her medicine, but seemed to be recovering when I was on the way to the place. I sat in the car with her for a minute or two even wondering if she needed to go inside. She was bre... read more

I've been here several times being the owner of 4 dogs and 2 cats. Normally I have a somewhat of a decent experience however today it was horrible. I waited for 2 hours just for them to tell me it'll be "a little longer". The girl at the front desk acted like she didn't care and the staff was mediocre. All in all 3 hours and $400 later was a waste of my time.

If you are desperate, then you may have no choice but to go here, but avoid it if you can. I understand they are an "emergency" center, however they could still provide "service," sadly they choose not to. I waited for an hour and a half with my sick kitty (they had put me in an exam room because she likely has a contagious respiratory infection). I never heard from anyone. After an hour and a half, I went back to reception and just asked for an ETA. She checked with the vet techs and said, "it would be at least another... read more
