Worst call experience I've ever had with a vet clinic. I was distraught about a possibly sick puppy and a tech named Laura refused to help or give me any information other than wait in the parking lot for 6 hours. I asked if it's in order of severity and she couldn't make up her mind. It's impossible to sit in a parking lot for 6 hours when a 2 week old puppy needs to eat every 2-3 hours. I asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't even help me with that. Bottom line she was not even close to sympathetic and couldn't give... read more

I have never been more disappointed in a vet's office ever. We waited 8 hours and were never seen. No one ever even looked at him to triage him. All they would say is you have 2 people ahead of you and we take critical cases first. They made no effort at all during that time to let me know how it was going. After 8 hours they wouldn't even tell me a guesstimate for how much longer. I left, went home, and regrouped and got him to a different vet. He had to be euthanized because he was too far gone. Additionally he suffered fo... read more

I will forever regret taking my beloved cat to this place. They made Buddy and I wait 12 hours before they admitted him. They continuously told me they were receiving critical animals that needed immediate attention but I never saw anything of the sort. When they finally did see Buddy they told me I could wait some more while they ran their tests which at that point I just wanted to go home I was hungry and tired so I made a terrible decision and left Buddy there to be hospitalized. They called me less then a day later and t... read more

I understand emergency and businesses get busy. I called before leaving the house to inquire, the girl said to bring my pup and call when we got there. Great. 10 minutes later while in the parking lot I called and she said they were too busy from the night before and to call Midnight Sun. Letting me know you were too busy on the original call would've been nice to know before loading my pup into the car before hand.

It's sad to see this is the only place open 24 hours because they are worst people to deal with in an EMERGENCY. The receptionist, orange haired lady, treated us horrible after we asked a simple question before bringing our dog in. Very disappointed with our visits here. They simply have no respect for humans or pets! Try your best to avoid this place at all costs if you value good service and your dogs life, cause they clearly don't.

If I could do less than 1 star, I'd give them -5 star. Took our cat there because our vet couldn't get her in and since she was bleeding while urinating needed emergency treatment. They had 1 vet working and made us wait in the parking lot. Waited for 5 hrs and they kept putting our cat last in line as other people came in. Kept asking how much longer and they finally said "it could be up to 12 hour, we're very busy ". We as If they were ok with being sued if our cat died from no treatment. They said "you're welcome to leave... read more

Do NOT take your pet here! I took my cat here with a bad leg injury and sudden blood in her trine. When I checked in over the phone at 6:50 am I told the person on the phone what was going on and she said she would get me in after a few minutes. I waited in my car for 4 hours when my cat started howling in pain so I called to ask how much longer and they said they didn't know if it would be minutes or hours. I called Midnight Sun who told me she needed to be seen right away and took her as soon as I could get there. Pet Emer... read more

I rate this place zero stars, but had to put a one star just to post this review. Service is awful. The wait is excruciatingly long. When you call they tell you "you're next" EVERYTIME, even though hours pass. They also put you on hold and hang up on you. this place is the worst. Next time I'll just wait till other veterinary clinics are open and available.

Waste of 4 hours there to only find the severity of our cats symptoms online. Only take your animal there if they are truest dying then they will see you.
