Insanely greedy establishment. They will gouge you to pieces because they can and the entire experience is centered around making you wait hours just to try to bilk you out of as much money as they possibly can. Doctors void logical diagnosis and treatment in favor of costly services and medications. A total joke!

Business response:

Chad, we understand that veterinary care can be costly, which is why we always try to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. We offer a variety of treatment options so that you may select a less costly alternative, if possible, so please don't hesitate to voice your concerns to your veterinarian during your next visit. We aim to provide you with the information and educational resources to make the most informed decision for your pet. Please let us know if we can answer any of your questions!

I came here with my pit bull that got in a fight with our other dog over a bone and she got a 2 inch gash on her head that wasn't bleeding as much but split open to her muscle and another hole under that was gushing until we stopped it at home. We were denied at a different clinic and told to come here. We checked in and yes they were friendly and they took her back and told us we are to wait for them to examine her. We waited in the waiting area for 4 HOURS until we saw a vet for the exam. FOR THE EXAM WE WAITED 4 HOURS FOR... read more

I have taken all 3 of my dogs to pet emergency treatment. I am also filing a report for animal abuse of this clinic. My dog had surgery for possible obstruction. The care of him was horrible. I called to check on him, they said he wouldn't eat, a little depressed. When I saw my dog, i had to hold back the tears. He wouldn't look at me, he smelled of urine, his tail tight between his legs, he had diarrhea caked under his tail, around his butt, down his legs. It took me about 45 minutes to clean him up. He wouldn't eat chicke... read more

Heartless! On Jan 17, 2019 i called Pet Emergency, at 4.54 pm, asking about cremation rates for my 16 + yr old lab. At 60 lbs, I was quoted $96.14 for communal cremation, and $126 fr private. I then called back at 4.54, to confirm the rates. A third call at 5.19 reconfirmed. I have call logs and the notes with the prices, jotted down when quoted. On Friday, Jan 25, 2019, about 4.30 pm or so, my wife and I drove our deceased pet in from the valley, to be cremated at Pet Emergency. To my shock, the phone quotes were denied. I... read more

About a month ago I showed up at this business with my very ill companion pet Red. Four people in line in front of me. After we'd waited 2 hours, and I'd watched another 4 people bring their pets in and immediately be taken to the back, I finally went to the front desk & asked for immediate help cause Red was in bad shape. Guy takes my companion Red to the back. I wait THREE more hours until I've now counted 12 people having went before me. I finally go into the room, vet tells me my Red is probably dying. Then she told me i... read more

I called asking for some advice on my cat. She is pregnant and this is her 3rd litter so we are pretty familiar with how things go when she goes into labor. She started spotting about 3 days ago and I believe she is having a miscarriage. A lady answered the phone and I explained the situation. She advised me if I was worried to being her in. I told her I'm not worried at this time my cat is acting fine, eating and being her normal self. I was wanting to know what signs I should watch for in the case I would need to bring her... read more

Very disappointed with cremation service. Paid for private cremation for beloved pet. I spread his ashes in his favorite place, I discovered that his orthopedic hardware was not included. I have had two other pets cremated, and their orthopedic hardware has always been part of the ashes. I called and questioned. I was told they throw it away. I wonder if it was actually my dog. Suspect that private cremation is a scam. You pay more, but without identifying objects like bone plates who would know any different. This is f... read more

I would like to give no stars. I am so disappointed in the lack of care or compassion for a sick kitty that we have been treating for the past several weeks with 3 vets at our normal office and the specialist at Pet ER. After spending $1000 just two days ago for specialty testing (so obviously money is not the issue) our kitty needed some meds to tide her comfortably until morning when we can pick up our normal scrip at the regular vet. Pet ER had all her records and had just seen her but the Dr on staff this evening refus... read more

My 2 stars is for the follow up I received after I took my pet into the hospital. My dog came in and got a stitch in his paw. It was fairly late at night and never having taken an animal that was bleeding before was kind of stressful. Aftercare info went in 1 ear and out the other because my mind was in a million places. I woke up after taking my pet in the next morning to an AWFUL rotten smell. Concerned I called to ask if what was happening was normal. And also that my dog WASNT sent him with a bootie to cover his paw whil... read more
