I took my dachshund here to get treated for IVDD. She was in excruciating pain to the point where she could not move on her own and needed pain killers immediately. We were made to wait an hour (outside due to Covid-19 precautions) and then another woman arrived whose dog had a deep open wound. Took my dog in, found out he had diabetes. Took him in for emergency treatment. They charged thousands of dollars and when we received the bill it had "euthanasia" on the listing after being begged that we wanted him saved.

Can we have an option for zero stars? I have NEVER had a good experience with these people, after three separate visits. They are rude, indifferent, and arrogant. They couldn't care less about your nonhuman family member. They almost killed one of my birds many years ago, and had zero remorse about it. Insanely greedy establishment. They will gouge you to pieces because they can and the entire experience is centered around making you wait hours just to try to bilk you out of as much money as they possibly can. Doctors void logical diagnosis and treatment in favor of costly services and medications. A total joke!

I came here with my pit bull that got in a fight with our other dog over a bone and she got a 2 inch gash on her head that wasn't bleeding as much but split open to her muscle and another hole under that was gushing until we stopped it at home. I have taken all 3 of my dogs to pet emergency treatment. I am also filing a report for animal abuse of this clinic. My dog had surgery for possible obstruction. The care of him was horrible. I called to check on him, they said he wouldn't eat, a little depressed. When I saw my dog, i had to hold back the tears. Heartless! On Jan 17, 2019 i called Pet Emergency, at 4.54 pm, asking about cremation rates for my 16 + yr old lab. At 60 lbs, I was quoted $96.14 for communal cremation, and $126 fr private. I then called back at 4.54, to confirm the rates. A third call at 5.19 reconfirmed. I have call logs and the notes with the prices, jotted down when quoted.
