What a place! Super clean and not smelly considering their guests...lol. Love all the details and doggie ice cream! Best part was friendly, experienced staff who showed us around with little notice and seemed very well liked by the dog guests.

Once again Pet paradise blew me away with the amazing quality and care for my dog Rocky and cat Belle. Rocky has been there a few times so I was sure he would enjoy it. My cat on the other hand has never been boarded and is a bit feisty to say the least. I enjoyed the camera in the cat room which gave me ease being able to see her even on vacation. We've been using Pet Paradise for over 8 years and we've always had a great experience. We have 2 Boston Terriers and they've always been well taken care of. They get their bath and love to play with other dogs! They also take care of cats as well.

My puppy Whiskey has been there 2 times and both times he had a fantastic time. I feel like this is the place that I don't have to worry about him and he is well taken care of. He loves doggy day care. I have not boarded him there only day care however if I ever need to board him I would use Pet Paradise even though it's expensive I know he would be take care of. Definitely doggy day care is the place to be.

Even though I did NOT board my dog here, my dog nephew was there. When hurricane Dorian was approaching Pet Paradise called me as the emergency contact to pick up my nephew. They were kind and friendly and the place was extremely clean. The people all had smiles on their faces and were apologetic that they were closing and that we needed to take the dog. I can't rate the other services, but from what I did see, it all looked great!

My dogs had a great vacation and so did us. It was great to have peace of mind that they were having fun and being taken care of. They were very relaxed but happy to see us. The staff was great to update us each day. Will be back.

Pet Paradise has been my go to boarding and day camp option for my dog for the past 2+ years. The staff is by far the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met and my dog is always super excited to go for the day or night. I know, she can't talk and actually tell me that, but if you have a dog you would understand! My dog tends to be a little difficult at times, but they are great with her! We bring our Pookie to Doggie Day Care once each week and he always has a really great time! The place is clean, safe and we like not having to worry about leaving our dog here! Great People and a great place!

We took both our dogs here for a practice run before our wedding where they will stay there for an extended period of time. The faculty is very clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The thing that stuck out to me most was their attention to detail as far as food schedules and the medicine that was needed to be given to one of the dogs. They did a great job, now to just get over our anxiety of leaving our dogs somewhere for an extended period of time
