This is a terrible company. They lie, cheat , & steal from clients. You set up a 5 day boarding online ph all money upfront and the day before you trip, (4pm on a Sunday ) you get a call stating sorry we can't accept your animal last minute sorry nothing we can do even though you have had it scheduled for 2 weeks. I travel a lot for work and this was going to be my go to. Pet Paradise was recommended by a friend/co-worker. So what could go wrong, right? Everything went wrong. Not even 30 minutes from leaving and arriving at our Terminal at Hobby Airport, a representative calls and asked if we can come pick up our baby, really? This really does not leave any confidence in this facility. We are told she is very anxious and scratched at the glass and now she is bleeding. I really want to like this place... BUT... I don't get good vibes and my gut is telling me to try somewhere else. They staff is nice but they don't seem to be very transparent or accountable. First... For our dogs "meet and greet", I watched the webcam nearly the entire time and I never saw him out of the private run. When I asked "did he get a chance to play in the yard?"... they said "he should have" but didn't give me a confident answer. I've been using Pet Paradise for grooming for awhile now but ever since Patrick left it hasn't been the same. Dropped my dog off at 8AM and he wasn't ready until 12:20PM. Also the price for a bath and haircut was $70! Mind you my dog is a small dog that had maybe 3 inches of hair and all the groomer did was shave him completely down even after I stated "not too short". Won't be going back ever again.

Horrible Customer Service - actually NO customer service. This morning, August 25, our dog had an early 6:00am check-in reservation for the executive suite so my husband and I could catch an 8:00 flight to Orlando to celebrate our son's 40th birthday. When we arrived, the door was locked and no one was there to greet us. We knocked on several windows and other exterior doors, as well as called the telephone number twice and left messages. Don't come here they will injure your dog!! Unless you want to pay for there horrible grooming and a vet bill save your money there are tons of places that will treat your fur baby with patience and respect

I was so disappointed in this place. I went based off reviews and how great the place looked but I was so wrong to try them out. Bailey (my fur baby) went in 100% healthy and in great condition. I can say that confidently because she was at the doctors 2 days prior. In the middle of her service I got a frantic call from the groomer asking if she went in with a swollen eye. If I could leave less than 1 star for this location, I would! The prices keep increasing each time I board my dog there. I paid $1.99 for their app so I can watch my dog and each time I logged in, all I got was a black screen. I called once and the staff was really rude and said they would turn the camera back on but never would. Why did they turn it off in the first place? What are they hiding?
