I've been using Pet Paradise for grooming for awhile now but ever since Patrick left it hasn't been the same. Dropped my dog off at 8AM and he wasn't ready until 12:20PM. Also the price for a bath and haircut was $70! Mind you my dog is a small dog that had maybe 3 inches of hair and all the groomer did was shave him completely down even after I stated "not too short". Won't be going back ever again.

On last Monday I spoke with the manager Samantha at Pet Paradise she had a disagreement with my son Earl Hammonds about our pet Mazi and decided that he no longer could attend Pet Paradise day camp. Horrible Customer Service - actually NO customer service. This morning, August 25, our dog had an early 6:00am check-in reservation for the executive suite so my husband and I could catch an 8:00 flight to Orlando to celebrate our son's 40th birthday. When we arrived, the door was locked and no one was there to greet us. We knocked on several windows and other exterior doors, as well as called the telephone number twice and left messages. Don't come here they will injure your dog!! Unless you want to pay for there horrible grooming and a vet bill save your money there are tons of places that will treat your fur baby with patience and respect

I was so disappointed in this place. I went based off reviews and how great the place looked but I was so wrong to try them out. Bailey (my fur baby) went in 100% healthy and in great condition. I can say that confidently because she was at the doctors 2 days prior. In the middle of her service I got a frantic call from the groomer asking if she went in with a swollen eye. If I could leave less than 1 star for this location, I would! The prices keep increasing each time I board my dog there. I paid $1.99 for their app so I can watch my dog and each time I logged in, all I got was a black screen. I called once and the staff was really rude and said they would turn the camera back on but never would. Why did they turn it off in the first place? What are they hiding? I was not going to write this review initially. However, after seeing how my kitten reacted after picking her up from Pet Paradise Hotel located by Hobby Airport, it prompted me to expose what may have taken place. I have had my kitten for seven months, and she has never hissed at me or anyone in my family. I wasn't aware that one of the requirements of any animal being boarded at Pet Paradise Hotel was to remove the collar. If I had known this I would have taken it off myself. This has been a great place in the past for my dog. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. When calling to check on your pet, you will have 15-20 minute hold times. Then another person answers the call because they have forgotten you are holding. Start all over, on hold again and 5 minutes later the employee states "he's doing fine" unbelievable! Pretty disappointing customer service. I called to cancel a reservation within their cancellation window and thought nothing of it. Little did I know that you need to watch them because they did not cancel my reservation as they had agreed. Instead I received an email the day before the reservation start date which I thought was odd, upon following up I discovered they had not cancelled the reservation and now since I was outside their window, they would not be refunding my deposit.
