I chose to try Pet Paradise for the first time due to the convenience of the location to the airport. I went in a day early to view the facility since I have 3 dogs that I love very dearly. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful since this was my first time. It was clean and smelled great when I took the tour. I was a little disappointed I had no feedback when I went to pick the dogs up. Drake loved loved loved his stay at pet paradise. I was nervous because he is still a puppy but the staff were wonderful the facilities are clean and the folks are all very nice! I have boarded my dogs in several places and I am very pleased with Pet Resort Paradise (I went to the Hobby location). The staff was friendly and careful. I don't have a dog door in my home and the staff told me they would teach them to go in and out. My dogs were happy and balanced when I picked them up. I have two dogs and one is a barker. I love this place and more importantly so do my two dogs Kato and Zeus! I've been boarding them here off and on for the last 9 months . If your dog is sick/not feeling well they do everything that can to help your dog ! I love how they have and outdoor dog run and also a pool for the pups to swim! This place is awesome !

I just picked up my dog from this location and he loved it. I will definitely be bringing him back next week when I go out of town. The staff when I dropped him off this morning was phenomenal especially the manager who was here and Blake who took my dog back. And I got the first daycare visit free. When I came to pick him up the customer service was a bit different. Pet Paradise (Hobby location) is a wonderful place where we feel very comfortable leaving our dogs. The staff is very kind and they truly pay attention to our personal requests. Our dogs are always nice and tired out when we pick them up from their stay and I appreciate the feedback we get re: their doggy vacation. So glad we have a great, convenient kennel for our fur babies!

Just started taking my dog to the Hobby location when I moved to Houston a few months ago. We moved from Atlanta, and she went to that facility all the time. I trusted the brand from our experience in Atlanta and am happy that PP-Hobby has lived up to the Pet Paradise reputation. I feel comfortable leaving her, often 4-5 days at a time because I travel frequently for work. The location is perfect for me to drop her off, park at Pre-Flight (which PP has coupons for), and get to the airport terminal - all in 15 minutes. The ... read more

My first time ever having to board my pup, and let me tell, I was about as anxious as it gets. I chose Pet Paradise because I like driving myself to the airport and parking at Wally Park, Pet Paradise is right next door - extremely convenient. Baloo's stay was hectic, let me explain why. He was adopted from a rescue group who had provided him with all his shots, or so I thought. Our dogs have stayed at Pet Paradise many times. We love the convenient location and the flexible hours. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pens are large and clean. We feel that Max & Beau get excellent care and always seem happy to stay & also to see us!
