5 stars since Pet Paradise exceeded my expectations. My 2 dogs were timid going in (first time there), but when I picked them up two days later they seriously acted like they did not want to leave. The "progress report" they give you on departure fit my dogs to the "T". Bottom line is I will feel very comfortable using their services again.

The staff at Pet Paradise are extremely accommodating! I had missed one of their Groupon promotions by a couple of days, and figured it'd be worth a shot to inquire on their Facebook page about any other offers. Initially they said they didn't have any going on at that time, but a few days later they responded and said they had a deal for three days of lodging in August. Service was good.We went to check the facility and ask questions before we left for vacation. They xeroxed her immunization record and asked about her temperament/socialization skills around other dogs. Sugah, our schnauzer seemed content when we picked her up. Pet Paradise was a much needed service in this community. They also give 20% discount if you are a nurse, police officer or fireman.

If you know my dog, you know she is a handful and a half. The sweetest animal in the world, but not one that most people want to deal with, as her energy boarders that of a hyena/kangaroo/road runner combo. With all that pent-up energy and my crazy work schedule, I'm always on the lookout for a good dog daycare to bring her into once or twice a week. Picked up my dog after a three-night stay and he had what they called, "happy tail" which is basically a wound. He was bloody and had hard bumps all over his neck when I picked him up!

The only thing good about this is the location. It's close to the airport. I found this place after seeing an ad online for a free day of boarding for new customers. Long story short due to the front desk staffs miscommunication. I never got it. I normally will give a place more than the benefit of the doubt. But I definitely had 3 bad experiences here. I'm really disappointed with the way this place handled my dog's stay. When I picked him up, he had a large infected rash, and no one had informed me about it. I called and emailed and left a voice mail,no response. The only time they got back to me was after I left a negative review in their survey. They promised to call me and check the cameras, but it's been over 3 weeks and I've heard nothing since. I have NEVER been to a grooming/boarding business that has such TERRIBLE front desk staff. I was told when booking to drop my babies off at 6am and bring proper vaccination records, when I get to Pet Paradise the office was closed and there were other cars waiting in line who I assumed also didn't know they opened at 6:30, my partner and I waited for them to open, once they did we made it inside with our babies. I've used Pet Paradise in multiple cities and decided to try this location after moving to Houston. However, I've had recurring issues--feeding mistakes, lost toys, and not receiving the correct amount of leftover food, which is expensive. During my dog's last stay, I provided clear feeding instructions, emphasizing that he had already eaten and didn't need food until the next day.
