Just started taking my dog to the Hobby location when I moved to Houston a few months ago. We moved from Atlanta, and she went to that facility all the time. I trusted the brand from our experience in Atlanta and am happy that PP-Hobby has lived up to the Pet Paradise reputation. I feel comfortable leaving her, often 4-5 days at a time because I travel frequently for work. My first time ever having to board my pup, and let me tell, I was about as anxious as it gets. I chose Pet Paradise because I like driving myself to the airport and parking at Wally Park, Pet Paradise is right next door - extremely convenient. Baloo's stay was hectic, let me explain why. He was adopted from a rescue group who had provided him with all his shots, or so I thought. Our dogs have stayed at Pet Paradise many times. We love the convenient location and the flexible hours. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pens are large and clean. We feel that Max & Beau get excellent care and always seem happy to stay & also to see us!

Ruffles had a great stay! As usual the staff is super professional and friendly. Always know she is well taken care of here. BTW they offer a 20% discount when customers right a review her or on FB. Really makes it much more affordable.

Our two dogs LOVE Pet Paradise and so do we!! We travel often and use this location at least 6-8 times a year. The staff is so very wonderful, always making our pets feel like they are like family. I never worry about their care, feeding, or activity because the staff and facility are excellent and give us a detailed account of the visit each time. The prices are very, very reasonable, even for daycare and grooming and we don't (or won't) leave our dogs anywhere else!!

We've been using the Hobby location for a few years now. Love the ease and convenience of drop off & pick up...great staff. Love the openness of the yards so dogs can see each other and get fresh air during the day. Would like to see a report card on every visit, but guess it saves on paper if you don't. Our dog always smells fresh and seems happy upon pick-up. Highly recommend.

pet paradise resort has always taken great care of buddy. he enjoys going there. he loves playtime with the other puppies. he has never had any problems. the staff is always very helpful and very friendly. a great place for a pet to be. i enjoy reading the report card of his activity during his stay. it is nice to know that i do not have to worry about him while we are away.

We were referred to Pet Paradise by a good friend who used them to board their senior dog and we were not disappointed, and have since referred several other friends to Pet Paradise. We've used Pet Paradise exclusively for boarding our dogs, and, as far as we can tell, they love it! When we pull into the driveway they are beside themselves with excitement. I travel several times per year, and always choose Pet Paradise when leaving from Houston. Pet Paradise has convenient locations by Houston's major airports, friendly staff, and a pool for the dogs to enjoy. The price is a bit high, but I think that you do get what you pay for. I once had a concern after my dog's visit, but it was handled very professionally, and it has not stopped me from using them. They have been the best kennel that I have boarded my dog with in the Houston area.
