We were referred to Pet Paradise by a good friend who used them to board their senior dog and we were not disappointed, and have since referred several other friends to Pet Paradise. We've used Pet Paradise exclusively for boarding our dogs, and, as far as we can tell, they love it! When we pull into the driveway they are beside themselves with excitement. I travel several times per year, and always choose Pet Paradise when leaving from Houston. Pet Paradise has convenient locations by Houston's major airports, friendly staff, and a pool for the dogs to enjoy. The price is a bit high, but I think that you do get what you pay for. I once had a concern after my dog's visit, but it was handled very professionally, and it has not stopped me from using them. They have been the best kennel that I have boarded my dog with in the Houston area.

i left my dogs at pet paradise and the price was affordable better than other places around, they have good facilities and my dogs have a blast, they like it! I will use them next time I need a place to leave my dogs.

My dogs stayed at Pet Paradise at Hobby airport the last time we went on vacation, and they had such a good time. My standard poodle loves to swim and the pool there is perfect for her! When I left, I thought she would be sad, but she was jumping in the pool...see ya later Mom! Both dogs were healthy and happy upon our return. They didn't seem hyper , which has been the case when they have stayed in other kennels, where they didn't get enough exercise. My high maintnance pom loves it here. I am always comfortable leaving him for grooming or boarding. My favorite part is getting the report card at the end of his stay, is a cute touch. The grooming is always great as well, they get it right everytime and the front desk, is always welcoming and accomidating, especially if I am running a little late or need to drop off early. My dog is really anti social, so for him to get excited about coming to a place, says a lot!

I have been taking my dogs to Pet Paradise for over two years, initially at the IAH airport location and more recently at the Hobby location. In fact, I just picked my dogs up from an overnight stay there today. When you walk not only is the location very aesthetically pleasing, but those that work there are ALWAYS pleasant and happy to see my dogs. We travel alot and have tried several other places and this is by far the best for our Border Collie. I love the fact that he has doggie door to go in and out of this own little area and watch other dogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. They had him ready for us with a nice bath when we picked him up. Will definitely use both locations in the future, JFK and Hobby.

We have been leaving our dog at Pet Paradise when going out of town for about a year now. We have been to both the IAH location and the Hobby location. Both locations are very convenient if you are leaving out of the airports. They will open early, or stay late upon request to accomodate you before or after your flight. My dog is always clean when I pick up him. They also provide a report card of his activity throughout his stay. Went out of town and left my little one here. The front desk was very friendly. My dog seemed happy and well cared for when I picked him up. They only offer two 20 min sessions of group play with the boarding though. 4 stars because they're a little pricey and I would like more included play time. They charge extra for giving meds and for webcam access. Late check out was pretty steep too.
