I'm pretty disappointed. Pet Paradise was highly recommended to me by my sister, who boarded her aging dogs with them several years ago, so since I live nearer to it than to any of my past boarding facilities, I considered them for a stay for my three dogs later this month. Unfortunately, they wont take my dogs unless I over vaccinate them at a vet's office, because I vaccinate them myself for Bordetella & Distemper multi-valent vaccinations. I trusted this place to take good care of my dogs and somehow they burned my dog's eye and didn't even care about it when I contacted them. I also contacted corporate pet paradise and no reply either, shocking!!! My dog needed urgent care, lots of meds and huge bills but I'm just happy she's fine now. The negligence of this place was just appalling, they will never see my dogs again!!!

I have an 11-year-old Boston Terrier, that I keep in impeccable health. She sees our vet regularly, stays up-to-date with all immunization (Bordetella included!), has no health issues, and has an excellent diet and energy level. The FIRST time ever that I boarded her was two weeks ago at Pet Paradise and what happens? She gets KENNEL COUGH! So in addition to the expensive fees this place charges I'm now spending hundreds of dollars on meds and vet bills trying to nurse her back to health. I don't trust this place. They lied and my dog suffered because of it. I had called a couple weeks prior to my check-in date and asked if it was possible to have my dog put in a kennel that is at the end so he would have a dog on only one side of him. I explained that he had only been boarded once before (elsewhere) and was kept in a middle kennel, and that the staff would have to let him out last because he would not walk in front of the other kennels when they had dogs in them because he was afraid. Haven't taken my dog here and I won't because they just told me over the phone that they do not walk dogs during the stay. No thanks.

My husband and I travel frequently and are slightly (ok, completely) totally head over heels in love with our 2 weimaraners. We were excited to find Pet Paradise because of it's convenience to the airport as well as the indoor/outdoor rooms. However, we just picked them up from a 5 day stay and had requested an exit bath for both of them. When we got them in the car they smelled like well, dogs, and not fresh or clean. We booked the presidential suite which was $75 per night for our dog. We dropped him off right before we were getting ready to leave for vacation, and discovered that his suite ( that they already took a deposit on) was already taken my a large doberman. We had reserved his room months in advance because we couldn't take him with us. The staff wanted to put him in a regular suite that has outside access for a night until the large Doberman left in the morning. I wanted just to comment that I was truly disappointed with my dog's last stay with Pet Paradise. I chose Pet Paradise over his vet's boarding service because I thought I should splurge for a more pampered boarding experience. Paying almost $70 more, my dog came home with so much crusted eye excretion that his eyes were almost shut and a small pile of feces left encrusted on his butt. On my last trip, I booked a stay-cation for my pups at Pet Paradise, thanks to a handy Groupon deal. I checked the pups in earlier in the day before my flight, and the staff were very friendly. They took the time to explain all of their policies and since I had already made copies of all the info they needed (slightly OCD trip planner here!), we were set to go pretty quickly.
