My dog stays here often and I don't worry about her care but today we were 2 mins late picking her up due to a flight delay and was charged $20 extra dollars. That's poor customer service and shows just how much they appreciate my business.

More like Paradise Lost. Do not take you pet here if you love it. The first time we took our Westie to Pet Paradise we dropped him off at the airport location. We went away for the weekend and left him there to be boarded and to be groomed. We picked him up on Sunday. As we pulled out of the parking lot, we noticed his eye was swollen shut and leaking.
