I took my dog there 10 yrs ago, who loved it at first, then became fearful to go then aggressive. I stopped taking him. He never got over his aggression. Trainers believe something happened to him there. I tried to give them another opportunity, thinking 10 yrs later, better staff etc. etc, with a new puppy I have. He didn't get any playtime all day, barked at me all the way home, was anxious and unsettled, and peed and pooped all over the house. He was housebroken. Absolutely the worse customer service. The manager, Abigail Thompson was condescending and was not helpful. Being the airport location, there should be an understanding of delayed flights. No such thing for them. I was told I was not able to get my animal because I would be pass my pick up time. To find out that know one stays over night with them is extremely disappointing. What if there was a fire. Individuals who use you and pay the amount they do, should have their animal properly watched. To say I'm disappointed is an ... read more

Crooked/rotten to the core. They overcharge, and don't care about their customers. Made me cry on the phone. If negative stars were a thing, they would get negative stars. Worst vet service I have ever been to, and I have lived in several states with my animals.

I was considering boarding my two large dogs here. I made an appointment date for them to get acquainted with the facilities. I assumed that because I made an appointment they would have adequate staff available for the appointment. I waited 30mins in the lobby before I was helped, and was told that they would get to me when they could and that my dogs could wait in a holding room. I'm updating this review because of an incident that happen today when I dropped Charlie girl off. Some how her entire nail was ripped off to the quick. They said she could have caught it on a ledge that is in the play area. Of coarse they are saying because she is a "high strung dog" and she is not this is why this happen. The result they are doing an exam giving her antibiotics wrapping her foot. Then of coarse she is restricted on her activity and I have to bring her back in for another exam and she will be wearing a... read more

I was looking for a place to board my 9lb puppy for 6 days. She had never been boarded and we wanted to get her used to going so started her with part time doggie daycare (2 times) and gradually to a whole day(1day). So she had been at the facility 3 times total. The last time boarded for the whole day. Picked her up came home and at 1:30a.m she whined so I took her outside and she had diarrhea and vomited. This place has made me not want to do business again with them,I have invested a substantial amount for my dogs care.My husband made reservations through the call center and when he went to drop my dog off they could only say sorry the call center does not know their availability.My husband was going to meet me in Texas for Thanksgiving .He is now out of $600,the cost of the plane ticket and $600 in lost wages.I have a lot of friends that patronage this business,Sorry I'm not responsible if they never use your services aga... read more

Do not bring your dogs here if you love them!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. First of all, I should start by saying that my dogs have been very frequent visitors to doggy daycare since they were young puppies. This means that I understand that accidents happen sometimes etc. But we are new to the area. I am absolutely APALLED. I was on the way to a flight for my fiancé's uncle who was on his death bed and they would not take his dog because THEY told me THEY would call and obtain the vaccination information from the vet, which they did not do. They turned us down with an attitude and did not even care about the circumstances. I had previously spent quite a bit there previously on my own animal, but will never be using this establishment again.
