I'm updating this review because of an incident that happen today when I dropped Charlie girl off. Some how her entire nail was ripped off to the quick. They said she could have caught it on a ledge that is in the play area. Of coarse they are saying because she is a "high strung dog" and she is not this is why this happen. The result they are doing an exam giving her antibiotics wrapping her foot. I was looking for a place to board my 9lb puppy for 6 days. She had never been boarded and we wanted to get her used to going so started her with part time doggie daycare (2 times) and gradually to a whole day(1day). So she had been at the facility 3 times total. The last time boarded for the whole day. Picked her up came home and at 1:30a.m she whined so I took her outside and she had diarrhea and vomited. This place has made me not want to do business again with them,I have invested a substantial amount for my dogs care.My husband made reservations through the call center and when he went to drop my dog off they could only say sorry the call center does not know their availability.My husband was going to meet me in Texas for Thanksgiving .He is now out of $600,the cost of the plane ticket and $600 in lost wages.I have a lot of friends that patronage this business,Sorry I'm not responsible if they never use your services aga... read more

Do not bring your dogs here if you love them!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. First of all, I should start by saying that my dogs have been very frequent visitors to doggy daycare since they were young puppies. This means that I understand that accidents happen sometimes etc. But we are new to the area. I am absolutely APALLED. I was on the way to a flight for my fiancé's uncle who was on his death bed and they would not take his dog because THEY told me THEY would call and obtain the vaccination information from the vet, which they did not do. They turned us down with an attitude and did not even care about the circumstances. I am using this place for the first time and found out they are not at all convenient to business travelers! For example, if you have an early flight, say 7:20 and have to drop off before 6:30 am it's an extra $10. If you pick up after 12 noon it's an extra $20! (which they DO NOT tell you when you drop off!). If you pick up after 7:00pm it's an extra $10! That's an extra $40!!!! It's a total rip-off and again, not convenient for business travelers. This was my very first time boarding my schnauzer by herself. It was only for one night. Pet Paradise at JIA was very convenient because of their proximity to the airport and their pick up a drop off hours. The staff was very nice and pleasant. They really seem to care about the dogs. I really liked that they gave us a free day of daycare so that my dog could get a feel for the place. I also really liked that they emailed me a picture of her and how she was doing. My dog stays here often and I don't worry about her care but today we were 2 mins late picking her up due to a flight delay and was charged $20 extra dollars. That's poor customer service and shows just how much they appreciate my business.

More like Paradise Lost. Do not take you pet here if you love it. The first time we took our Westie to Pet Paradise we dropped him off at the airport location. We went away for the weekend and left him there to be boarded and to be groomed. We picked him up on Sunday. As we pulled out of the parking lot, we noticed his eye was swollen shut and leaking.
