Great place to leave you pet of you're going out of town. I leave my Boykin spaniel bullet here frequently when I travel for my job. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, they offer s range of services bathing ear cleaning and nail clipping for 30 dollars is a great deal. My pup always leaves happy and healthy from pet paradise and I can tell he has a lot of fun running and playing on their greens and the pool, it's also nice he gets to socialize with other dogs in a fun safe environment.

I have been taking Oliver to Pet Paradise Jacksonville Airport for over a year. The convenience to the airport is the best! The ability to drop and pick up at any hour is critical for those of us who travel periodically for work and come and go during off hours. Oliver loves the indoor/outdoor kennel runs, and especially likes to watch all the goings on in the courtyard. He of course has his favorites, and Stephanie is one of them. My Suga loves this place. They are so professional and loving. She's so exhausted when she gets home from playing and eating ice cream and they bathe her. I wish I could send her once a week

After eight years of boarding our German Shepherd dog (GSD), Darek, in different states, we finally have found the best place to board him when we can't take him with us: Pet Paradise at JAX Airport! All of the associates are so nice and helpful as well as being respectful of and responsive to our needs. Darek is always cheerful when we arrive and happy and healthy when we return to pick him up. Coordination is a breeze. Highly recommended.

Pet paradise is the only place I would consider for boarding my pet. The staff is friendly and courteous and they understand that you pet is part of the family. I have boarded my dog at the airport facility on many occasions. My dog comes home happy and healthy. The staff is to be commended for the outstanding job they do.

I recently left my dogs there and had flight at 7am so had to leave them around 5:30am, but was completely aware of the additional fee (since it does mention it in the website) and I did not mind at all paying for it. My dogs love the place and I think they did not even want to leave! I was able to see them through the camera and it was really nice seeing how they played with my dogs! The best part was knowing that as soon as I arrive I could go pick the dogs from the resort and go back home without having to make any other ... read more

Our experience with Pet Paradise Resort was quite impressive. The staff was warm and friendly and cared for the animals! The facility was organized and clean. We boarded my dog for the weekend. No hidden fees, they were up front about all our options we could have as additions to the cost of the nights stay. We received a lovely picture of our dog having a great time in the pool the first day there! When we arrived to pick him up, we received a "pawgress report", which let us know how he ate, played and enjoyed his stay.... read more

My dogs live to go on vacation at their resort. Check in and out are seamless but the only thing I would like to see are some discounts in boarding. It's a bit high.
