I recently boarded my dogs here for 5 nights. To get acquainted, the staff gave me a free day of day care prior to their stay so the dogs could get acclimated; Thank you! The facilities are unique because the dogs aren't just locked in a pen all day, but they get group playtime and pool time. I felt like the staff took good care of my dogs; they were played with, bathed, and they got to sleep together in the same pen. First time leaving my little guy there for 6 days and have to say I love the experience. They took care of my Max and had him all cleaned up when I picked him up. They also took care of administer his daily meds. Would definitely use them again

Awesome experience! This was the first visit for my dog and the staff was great, they answered all my questions and they were super friendly when I called to check in. I was also late picking up because of a flight delay but that's wasn't a problem. Thank PetParadise! Khloe had an amazing time :)

Until my oldest dog was 7 years old he had always stayed with a family member when I would have to go out of town. One time no one could watch my dogs so I had to board them. I took them to Pet Paradise knowing there is someone there with the dogs 24/7. They had NO problem with me calling to see how they were doing. Three days later when I returned. Our family went away for the holidays on a last minute trip and was not sure if we would be able to get our dog in for boarding, but what a relief they had room. We have a very over protective dog who does not like anyone other then his family to handling him and Pet Paradise does an awesome job at this. We never worry about him as we know he is in good care.

Our family has used Pet Paradise to board our dog for a few years. After the first visit, they always remembered us and our dog Daisy and would greet us very warmly. It was a nice touch to be remembered, especially for the staff to remember our dog with such affection. We never had a problem with our dog here and always found Daisy in good health and spirits upon pick up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We brought my dog here for the first time while we were out of town for a week. She was not treated with the care and respect we were promised, as we were nervous to board for the first time. They did not put her in the proper room that we paid for and conveniently, were not given the proper updates with pictures because the person that did it apparently quit. Update: I did have a negative experience; however, Misty personally called me to offer a solution. Customer satisfaction is very important to her and we truly appreciate the effort she made to reach a resolution. My recent experience at this location was very disappointing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to pick up my dogs at the originally scheduled time. I've been taking my dog grooming here on and off since 2017. My dog had a grooming appointment today. I will start off with this pro, the groomer did a great job with the bath and cut. However, I was told when picking him up that he wasn't really good with cooperating today and gave the groomer a hard time. I was charged a special handling fee which is very understandable and I didn't have an issue with it.
